New 8-Week-Course: Learning Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

What is Mindful-Self-Compassion?
Mindful Self-Compassion is an evidence-based program based on the groundbreaking research of Dr. Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Dr. Christopher Germer. It is an emotional skill and a courageous mental attitude that makes us more resilient to stress and gives us the strength to admit our shortcomings. Research shows that self-compassion reduces anxiety and depression and promotes our inner happiness and contentment. By supporting our emotional well-being it thus lays the foundation for healthy and successful further development in our private and professional lives.
Who should attend?
This course is open for everyone who is interested in learning how to practice mindful self-compassion. You will learn what MSC is and what it is not. You will experience the benefits and effects of self-compassion, get to know the core components and hear the current research results. You will learn a variety of techniques and practices and you are very welcome to clarify your questions before and throughout the course.
When?
Starting from April 6th, 2025, and ending with the last session on June 1st, 2025.
Course time is on Sundays, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm ET (Eastern Time/US) I 17:00 - 19:00 CET (Central European Time/Germany).
April, 20th (Easter Sunday): 2-hour-retreat session (same time as usual)

Language: The course will be taught live online and in English language
Course fee: € 450,-- plus VAT and incl. introductory appointment with one of the teachers. If your financial situation is limited please contact us to discuss if we can offer you a reduced participation fee. You will receive the payment details after registration. There must be at least eight registrations for the course to take place.
