Do you mainly use your mind or do you also train your heart?

In our western world we usually learn to be a lot in our heads. This is wonderful and a great source for progress and success. However, solely using your mind is only half of what will make you happy and healthy in the long run. What is missing?
 
Ever thought about cultivating your heart? Think about it, this is what makes us humane. We like people who speak and act with their hearts. What is the difference?
 
You can say all the right things and do all the right things. But if you do it with your mind only, it won't feel real for yourself and neither for the people around you.
 
But if you dare to feel what is there to feel, and if you manage to connect your felt sense to your inner wisdom, then that is the source of true and long-term health, well-being and success. You will feel the difference, and the people around you will feel it, too. If you are real, you will attract real.
 
When I work with people, the magic moment is the switch from ๐™ฉ๐™–๐™ก๐™ ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ about their problems to ๐™›๐™š๐™š๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ them. From my own experience I know that it is a little bit frightening in the beginning, if you're not used to it any more. But the more heart practice you do, the more alive, the more real, you will feel over time. And this will also be felt by the people around you.
